Can you use existing pillow case with this product?
The Better Sleep Pillow is five inches thick, the arm recess is about two and a half inches thick, we've found this to be the optimal thickness to provide cradling comfort, while still allowing you to use your regular standard size pillowcase, making it very convenient for you.
